FAQ


Do you ship to my country?

Yes I ship worldwide. You can see all shipping details through this link HERE.

Why is it showing a different price at the checkout?

I am located in Australia so the final transaction will be in Australian Dollars (this is the last amount you are seeing before checking out - you will note it will have the letters 'AUD' before the price). However, don't worry, the price you saw in your currency is the price you will be charged as that is what the current exchange rate is.

What is a Pre-Order?

An item that I have listed as 'Pre-Order' (in the item name) is a product that is currently out of stock but will be restocked, within a certain time frame. The approximate date of stock arrival will be displayed under the description of a pre-order product. Once the stock has arrived, your order will be dispatched as normal. Please refer to my Shipping & Returns section for more information.

What if I order other products with my Pre-Order item? Will they be sent all together?

Yes, your order will be shipped all together, when your pre-order item arrives (please check under the description of the pre-order product for an approximate arrival/dispatch date). If you would like your items shipped separately, please place two seperate orders (one with the pre-order item(s) and one with in-stock items).

Where is my order?

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped that contains your tracking information. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, please check your Junk Mail or Spam folder, as it may have accidentally ended up there. 

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

It is only possible to make a change to your order within 1 hour of placing it and if the order has not been processed. Orders are processed very quickly, so changes and cancellations cannot always be fulfilled. You must immediately contact my customer care email (within the hour) at isabellaashleigh.customer@gmail.com with your change/cancellation request details included in the email. This will minimise the processing delay with your order due to the changes being made.

Can I cancel my order without being charged?

All orders that have been cancelled before being shipped will be refunded via the payment method you chose throughout the checkout process. Unfortunately, I am not able to cancel an order after it has already been shipped.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order is dispatched, you should received an email with your tracking number and a link to track it. Otherwise you can simply enter your tracking number through this link HERE

The tracking number for my order isn’t showing any more tracking updates. Where is it? 

Please allow time for your parcel to be processed through your countries customs department before you can expect further tracking updates to appear when you track it online. Please contact your local post office for further details if you would like more information on your parcel's status. See more information in my Shipping & Returns section HERE.

My item does not fit, can I return it?

Due to the nature of the items (being underwear or swimwear) and for hygiene reasons, unfortunately I cannot offer returns or exchanges. Please refer to my size chart and the product descriptions for help with sizing.

Do you have a retail store?

Currently I sell all my items exclusively online here on my website. SHOP HERE

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, PayPal e-cheque & AfterPay. Sorry I do not accept Cash On Arrival.
